| The cost of a photographic job is specific to individual client requirements and variations in how a creative product is to be used. Accordingly, we offer several different pricing models to accommodate the range of possible subjects and circumstances of a job.
(All prices are $NZ Dollars and GST exclusive)
Quotation: Fixed price (this is what you pay). We can only quote if we know the subject matter or products etc, the special characteristics of the location and know exactly what is required - and as long as there is no deviation from the originally stated nature of the job. Valid for 30 days from the date of the quotation.
Estimate: An estimate of the cost based on our perception of what the job will entail derived from information provided by the client. Unexpected factors arising in the course of the job which may be influential to the time taken or other special unforeseen circumstances may impact on the final price. If this is liable to occur, we will confer with the client. Valid for 30 days from the date of the estimate.
Hourly Rate: The client pays a fixed hourly rate based upon the time taken to complete the job.
General photography: $140 - $200 per hour
Post-processing/editing: $120 per hour (most jobs will usually require some post-production work).
POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS:
Travelling time: 95 cents per km
Special Props/Materials: At cost
CD/DVD Writing: $40 per disk
Delivery: At cost
Electronic Delivery (uploaded to our server): A fee may apply
Urgent Work
Most work is delivered within the working week - if work is required at short notice or urgently, it may attract a surcharge.
PRODUCT IMAGES
Depending on the type of product, we offer a unit price (from as little as $40 per image/product view) for the production of product images, which may also vary according to the desired lighting, angle etc.
Final images are generally uploaded to our server for clients to download, may be supplied on disk or in some cases, may be emailed depending on file sizes.
